THE STORY BEHIND THE EVIDENCE
It started with a whim.
I’ve always loved creating things in the kitchen, and Todd has always been my biggest fan—and, quite frankly, a very willing taste tester. He was forever telling me how much he loved my cookies, cakes, and sweet creations.
So one day, somewhere between “You should sell these” and “That’s a crazy idea…”, the crazy idea started to sound pretty delicious.
Todd didn't just humor me—he embraced it. He encouraged me to take the leap, cheered me on through the experimenting, baking, tweaking, and dreaming, and never once complained about being asked to taste-test yet another batch.
And that's how a little whim turned into GUILTY AS BAKED!
Because Todd had a simple theory: if he loves my creations this much, why not let everyone else enjoy them too?
Turns out, he may have been right.
Now we're baking up small-batch cookies and sweet treats, having entirely too much fun along the way—and creating some seriously delicious evidence.
He gets to say, “I told you so.” I get to bake. And you get to enjoy the evidence.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I believe time is one of life's most important ingredients.
There’s time for creating recipes, experimenting in the kitchen, and baking something delicious. But there’s also time to step away from the oven, pack up the camping gear, take a vacation, explore somewhere new, and simply enjoy married life with the person who encouraged this crazy little adventure in the first place.
Life is far too short not to enjoy every moment—the big ones, the little ones, and especially the ones that come with a warm cookie in your hand.
So I bake. I create. I laugh. I travel. I make memories. And whenever possible, I share a little sweetness along the way.
Because life is meant to be enjoyed—and I intend to enjoy every delicious minute of it.
